1. REQUIREMENTS :

1.a. All applicants should be  16+ years old.
1.b. All applicants should have a valid IVAO ID
1.c. All applicants should have simulator experience.
1.d. All applicants should have clear history with their previous VAs or networks.

1.e. Applicants should not have any management status at any other Virtual Airline.

2. REGISTRATION :

2.a. All applicants should fill ALL forms with thier REAL names and information.
2.b. All Applications are approved after completing four steps :

2.b.1. ANK Airlines website registration must be completed.

2.b.2. FSAirlines registration must be completed. (Pilot Application Form)

2.b.3. IVAO VA System registratiob must be completed.

2.b.4. According to IVAO Rank, pilot would be taken into practical examination.

2.c. If pilot do not complete one or more steps of registration process, application would be considered as “invalid” or taken into “pending” status.

2.d. After succesful registration process, pilot considered as who agrees with ANK Airlines rules and regulations..

3. CLIENT :

3.a. All candidates should have latest client installed in their system.

4. MANAGEMENT :

All ANK Airlines members (except community members) are pilots of an airline.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS and MEMBERS:

BoD have room at ANK Airlines FORUM pages with special access level.

HUB MANAGERS :

PILOTS

Assigned to each HUB.

4.b. PROMOTION and SUSPENSION

All promotions and suspensions are made by Board of Directors.

4.b.1. Pilots :

- are promoted due to flight frequency ,  efficiency  and conformity for related position.

- are dismissed if pilots is not flying more then 90 days.

- are dismissed if disregard rules and regulations applied by ANK Airlines, IVAO-TR Division and also IVAO, or show behaviours which are unacceptable by virtual aviation community.

4.b.2. HUB Managers :

- are promoted due to frequency, efficiency of previous flights and also conformity for related position.

- are promoted by reaching hub quota.

- are taken into Board of Directors attention if not flying more then 60 days.

- are dismissed if not flying more then 90 days

- are dismissed if disregard rules and regulations applied by ANK Airlines, IVAO-TR Division and also IVAO, or show behaviours which are unacceptable by virtual aviation community.

- To be promoted, Hub Manager should have active pilots with given quotation above.

- Elections are made by related hub pilots and Board of Directors have right to promote one of three winners.

- after election of each new HUB Manager, ESB Hub pilot quotation will be increased by +5 , and others by +3

4.b.3. Listed positions are considered by Board of Directors.

- Chief Executive Officer

- President

- Flight Operations Director.

- Human Resources Director

- Public Relations Director

- Event Director

- Fleet Director

- Training Director

- Assistants

4.b.3.a . Training and Human Resources Directors should have two asisstants

4.b.3.b. Other directors should have one asisstant.

4.b.3.c. All directors interdepend to PRESIDENT

4.b.3.d. Board of Directors Members have below number of votes:

Chief Executive Officer 8 Votes

President 6 Votes

Human Resources Director 3 Votes

Public Relations Director 3 Votes

Fleet Director 3 Votes

Training Director 3 Votes

Event Director 3 Votes

Asisstants 1 Votes

· Directors could not vote for non–occupied assistant positions.

Chief Executive Officer and President

- Chief Execute Officer and President substitude for vacant positions.

- Chief Executive Officer has right to promote any member of airline as a President or Flight Operations Director.

Chief Executive Officer Election

- All member of Directors are named as Chief Executive Officer Candidates.

- All positions of Board of Directors (with Assistants also) should be occupied to go for CEO Election by Board of Directors.

5. FLIGHT OPERATIONS

Flight Operations are explaned in ANK Airlines Flight Operations Manual. [Document : ANKFOMEN]

6. PILOT TRAINING PROGRAM & TRAINING REQUESTS

(Second / First Flight Officers and Captains by IVAO Rankings)

6.a. All pilots shoud attend basic training program  provided by IVAO-TR (IVAOTR.org)

6.b. All pilots taking IVAO TR Trainning Program should add "T" (refering trainee) with their Flight Numbers (eg : NNN123T)

6.c. All pilots are responsible to carry "T" abbreviation until IVAO-TR reports ANK Airlines that pilot has successfully completed training and has Flight Captain (C) Rank been approved..

6.d. All pilots with "T" could not fly ALL domestic flights until pilots' rank is validated by both IVAO-TR and ANK Airlines.

6.e. Only Flight Captain [FC] and higher ranks may fly International Flights.

6.f. All pilots whom are required to take training program should apply by indicating ;

-  Name & Surname

-  IVAO ID

- Current Ranking

6.g. ANK Airlines may ask  higher rank pilots to take training program at any time.

ALL MANAGEMENT REVISIONS ARE ANNOUNCED EITHER FORUM PAGES OR AS NOTAM. [FORUM : Management Announcements => Revisions ]

THIS DOCUMENT IS EFFECTIVE FROM PUBLISHED DATE.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS MAY CHANGE ANY PART OF THIS DOCUMENT WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

IVAO (International Virtual Aviation Organization) and IVAO-TR DIVISION THEN ANK AIRLINES RULES AND REGULATOINS ARE APPLIED IN CASE OF ANY DISAGREEMENT AT ANY PART OF THIS DOCUMENT.
